MYRIAD SATURDAY CLUB


An extended service available for:
- Existing users of the week-day service, of all ages
- Young people, aged 13-18 with severe or profound learning difficulties from across the region
Saturday Club is designed to ease transition from school to adulthood by:
- Building essential cognitive skills
- Promoting physical wellbeing
- Combatting loneliness and isolation
Saturday Club offers:
- Personalised, 1:1 care with fully trained staff
- Three activity rooms
- Fully equipped sensory and personal care rooms
- A fleet of four, specially adapted minibuses to collect club members from home each day if necessary
- Home-cooked lunch and refreshments throughout the day
- A choice of morning and afternoon sessions
Saturday club will provide:
A range of age-appropriate, indoor activities including:
- Boccia
- Table cricket
- Music therapy
- Art therapy
- Crafts
- Karaoke
- Specialist sensory sessions
- Film club
- Cookery
Twice monthly, trips to local attractions including:
- Worcester Warriors Rugby
- Equine Therapy
- Hydrotherapy at a local swimming pool
- Care Farms
- West Midlands Safari Park
- Willow Boat Trust
- Butterfly Farms, Sealife Centres...and much more!
Saturday club is available:
9.30am–3.30pm every Saturday,
50 weeks of the year excluding Bank
Holiday Weekends
- Morning sessions: 9.30am-11.30pm
- Lunchtimes: 12noon – 1pm
- Afternoon sessions: 1pm-3pm
Club members can attend for all or part of day
Hot and cold lunch is available on request, but families are welcome to supply their own.
Transport in our specially- adapted minibuses can be arranged on request.
